Discover the Gorges du Tarn

From the campsite on the east side, you can set off by car to discover the impressive Gorges du Tarn and the lesser-known but equally magnificent Gorges de la Jonte. As the road winds through the heart of these 2 canyons, you'll pass through or stop to admire some picturesque villages. As you climb up to the high plateaus, you'll be dazzled by the breathtaking panoramas. You'll discover an amazing diversity of landscapes, including underground caves. You can even choose to explore part of the gorges or causses in greater depth by hiking or canoeing down the river. On the west side, you can visit the famous Millau viaduct, push on to Roquefort to visit the cheese-ageing cellars, or the Pareloup lakes. Templar and Hospitaller sites also await your visit.
